mike im having ahard time with my dog taking treats from me she very shy and afraid of me and i dont know why can you help please

I would take a look at the self-help area and work your way up the pyramid, to troubleshoot the situation. The first layer of the pyramid is knowledge. What is this dog's background?
The third layer is attitude , describing the correct attitude for a successful relationship with your dog.
Layer five is pack structure which is very helpful in establishing a solid relationship with your dog. Below is a link to an area in the self help section which gives more pointers and detail about establishing a relationship with your dog.

It will be important to improve your relationship with your dog in order to build confidence with her. When she is more trusting of you she will be more willing to have close contact, and take treats from you.

You may want to just toss her treats on the floor a short distance away from you until she trusts you enough to take them from your hand. Gradually toss the treats closer and closer to your body as she gets more comfortable, finally offering them from an outreached hand.

Some things to keep in mind when interacting with her:

Do not lean over her.
Try not to make direct eye contact.
Standing with your side facing her instead of head on is less intimidating.
Try not to make quick movements.

Tossing treats on the floor while training won't detract from your work. Training can be helpful in building a relationship with your dog, in addition to working on attitude and pack structure.
