That just blows me away and to top it off it is law enforcement applying the abuse. So many great positive ways to train a dog. The trainer in the back ground giving the orders said,"I hate to do this but it is necessary". If he is the police forces trainer or one of their trainers I find it hard to believe he has not been reported.
He must be one of the big shots boys and there has been no one who respects animals enough to step up and put him on front street or fear losing their job.
Hopefully he will be reported soon.
Is there a way I can shake the tree on this punk, let me know. Give me a starting point, please.
