I know, this is a shame to focus on the breeds and not irresponsible ownership. If you wiped out all the breeds on their list - the most irresposible people will just find a new breed to carelessly own and breed. This has been the trend that can be seen throughout history. Before the bully breeds it was Dobie's, then German Shepherds, even Newfie's were at the top of the list if you go back a century ago.

The site doesn't seem to mention that pitbulls were never bred for and not supposed to show human aggression ever - if correct. You are not going to find "people killers" on the breed standard for newfoundland either - but obviously they can be - just like any breed with irresponsible owners and irresponsible selective breeding (or lack of selective breeding).
