Q.	Will Mike or other Certified Dog Trainers answer my questions?
Ans.	Although Mike and the other trainers that utilize this site will try their best to answer as many questions as possible posted on the forums, the site is mainly designed to be a self-help web site for those interested in learning more about the foundation style of dog training. There is no guarantee of any personal attention from a certified trainer, although to date we have been able to answer all questions posted on our private forums.

Q.	What is the refund policy?
Ans.	This is a pay as you go low cost membership web site. You can cancel easily anytime by clicking on the "cancel membership" tab in the members area, but there are no refunds at this time for past paid membership fees. If you are not satisfied with your membership and feel that site is not worth the initial low price you payed - feel free to contact us. We are nice and honest people that do not want anyone to be unhappy regardless of policy :)

Q.	How safe is it to use my debit or credit card online for membership?
Ans.	We use Clickbank and Paypal for our payments. Your card info is placed directly onto their secure servers and then the confirmation of payment is redirected back to us. None of your credit card information is stored on our servers or even viewed by the K9-1 webmaster. We chose pay pal and Clickbank because of the world wide track record of security and trust.

Q.	Do I need a paypal account to join?
Ans.	No, we use Clickbank to process our payments which accepts all major credit cards as well as your paypal account.
